CAD/CAE(the compter aided design/the computer aided engieering the important partof the computer aided technologies, and one of the tey technology to found enterprice CIMS.It is quite important for the improvement of quality, shortening of developing period and saveing ofdeveloping cost of products that CAD/CAE technologies are thevely applied during the courseof developing mechanical productes.FEM(finite-elements method) numerical analgy is the core section of CAE and the mainmeans by which to actualize the conversion from conventional factitious design based onexperiences and experiments to automatic optimizing design based on computer aided analogy andcalculation. In this paper,based on considering the actual condition of rollers of external screw slantmill,the author fitaly planed the economical,rational and effective scheme of FEM numeticalanalop after the further studing and researching of this method.Whereafter the author constructed3D entity of object loaded and soluted calculation model, postprocessed and analysed results,carried out FEM numerical analogy experiments.Finally a general optimizing law Which isimportant for rollere of extemal screw slant milll design was obtained.In order to more effectivel applying the optimizing design law, shortening the peried andraiseing the automation level of rollers design,the computer aided design systemREESSMCAD(Rollers of Extemal Screw slant Mill CAD) which applied together with CAEanalysis was develoed.During the development of RESSMCAD system phase,because of therational planing of system frame,the applying of ObjectARX,VC++6.0 and MFC developingtechnologies,it possess the automatic,openintegrative and high efficiency features. Runing onAutoCAD,RESSMCAD system consists of parameter style design,mutual Style drawing andgeneral functions three main subsystems,and includes integrated user interfaces.In this paper,a new method of CAD/CAE integrative application based on neural networktechnology is brought up.
