In the paper, the method of complex variable function is used to solve the main problem. According to the important principle of interaction among the inclusions in the composite micro-mechanics, we can construct complex stress functions that reflect the interaction of rigid inclusions with arbitrary shape randomly distributed in the isotropic matrix, and adopt the method of conformal mapping in turn, then the boundary condition of every inclusion is satisfied and by circulation integral we can solve simultaneous equations instead of the original ones. Under the load of anti-plane shear or uniformly distributed load in the infinite plane of isotropic elastic matrix we came up with the solution of the interface stress field of the rigid inclusions by periodically distributed in the isotropic elastic matrix. In the mean time, we draw some conclusions that the interface stress varies with the shape, size and distance of the rigid inclusions. The superiority of the paper lies in that the solutions of stress is precise , complete in theory ,and overtake the limitations that simply depend on the finite- element approach and the experiments. Finally, the law of the stress will contribute to the design of the composite materials.
