Dichloroanilines are important fine chemical product, insecticide and medical intermediate. Hydrogenation of (2,5- ; 3,4-)dichloronitrobenzene in middle stage and repetitive utilization as well as retrieve of catalyst were studied , with W4 Raney-Ni being catalyst. The optimum conditions of hydrogenation of 3,4- dichloronitrobenzene were achieved and the methods of repetitive utilization of catalyst were confirmed from the experiments. Finally, in the production the content of 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene is more than 99%, the amount of dechloride is less than 0.6%, melting point is 70~71癈,and the productivity is 96% .The results has reached the level of the correspondent patent.
