A Study on Producing Bio-Pesticide by Us i ng the G i nkgo B iIoba Pee IAbstractWith the development of the industry of the Ginkgo biloba.L, the abundant waste products-Ginkgo biloba peel (GBP) are produced, and they are threw and stacked near the factory , field , river and room, and can't be utilized usefully. It is more worse that the toxicants in them can pollute the environment and threaten the life of people and animal, So the problem that how to use the GBP becomes important more and more . In this paper, in order to use the GBP to make bio梡esticides, the extractive technology of effective composition in GBP and its inhibited effects on the plant pathogens and pests are studies. During the experiments of extractive technology, the mix of alcohol and water is used as extractive solvent and the extractive conditions such as extractive temperature ? time ^ series and alcohol concentration are investigated experimentally; On the theoretical study, a method of choosing moderate extractive solvent and its concentration using solubility parameter is put forward theoretically and tested experimentally, the calculated results are consistent with experimental ones. And a mass transfer model for this extraction process is set up, in which relative parameters and mass transfer regularity of effective components are worked out and discussed. In the experiments about the application, the ability of effective components in GBP is determined effectively by several experimental methods that it can inhibit the growth of Gibberella zeae, Helminthosporium turcicum etc, and kill the Telragchus phaselus Ehara, pierisrapae Linne etc.The study on the appliance of GBP comes from the imperative require of society , so the study has a proper purpose . If the GBP can be made pesticide or germicide successfully, then they will become a new kind of resource and commodity from wastes, so the pollution arose from the deposition of them can be deleted, and the potency of the whole Ginkgo biloba products can beincreased, Certainly the peoples income will be raised, and a new bio?pesticides will appear in the market, so this study has a great meaning in economy ^ environment and society.The research about the extractive technology and the appliance of effective components in GBP have been finished primarily in this paper, which are the good fundament for the further research about the middle-experiments on extractive technology and the field-experiments on the effective ability of GBP used as pesticide or germicide.Written by: WANG Jun (Chemical Engineering) Directed by: Prof. LI Wen-hong...
