Mechanical Alloying Of Fe <sub> 100-x </ Sub> Cu <sub> X </ Sub> Structure Of The System Test Studies

The development and application of the mechanical alloy have been summarized. The base-theory of MA(mechanical alloy),XRD(X-ray diffraction),EXAFS(extended X-ray absorption fine structure) applying in material analysis have been introduced in detail.The difficulty for personal computer to read floppy disks used in an X-ray diflractometer has been analyzed. Two kinds of reading methods are raised. Calling on survey data obtained by one kind of D/max X-ray diffractometer has been realized.Series samples of CiFe,,.,, have been made by mechanical alloy. The structure of CvFe,, samples have been analyzed by XRD and EXAFS.
