In this paper, we have a research on the method of synthesis of bis-alkanoyl-hydrazines or bis-alkanoyl-amines antioxidant and find out a very simple, feasible route. We have synthesized intermediates of alkanoyl-hydrazines and alkanoyl-amines with methyl p-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate and hydrazine hydrate (or 1,2-ethamethylene-diamine and 1,6-hexamethylene-diamine), which have very high yield. This method may apply to synthesize many kinds of phenolic antioxidant. Researching repeathy, we gain the optimum reaction conditions of reactant proportion, reaction time, solvent selection and product separations. The products synthesized by this method have many advantages, such as higher yield, lower costing, easier separation. Compared with the method of document, our method resolved the problem of complex route and lower yield, hi this study, intermediates were determined by IR, 'HNMR and elemental analysis.
