Mountaing Society is a special social unit with significant regionism. The interregional dislocation between mountainous districts and flat lands and coastal areas manifests the gap among in and eastern coastal areas in China. For a long time, the onesided regional epistemology and ignorance of the interregion-al relations have affected the mountainous areas sustainable decelopment and their status in economy development .
