With ASPEN Plus as software tool, a steady-state simulation model was set up for CMS process. Based on the data from the present factory productions, the model parameters were reconciled. By using the model, a calibration was carried out for the present 4OkT/a process. The calibrating results were well consistent with the factory data, which shows that the model has possessed applicability.By use of the model we carried out successfully a simulating design of 6OkT/a process on the new requirement of product ratios and obtained complete process parameters with a much higher accutacy, reliability and productivity.
