Polyether Modified Siloxane Phosphate Salt Synthesis And Properties

The cletailed research vvas focused on the synthesis and properties of silicone polyether phosphate copolymers(PK) and on the physical and chemical properties of material, middlings and product.Firstly , the three - step synthesis process conditions of PK were studied .The first step reaction was polymerization in which the allyl polyethers intermediates(AP) were prepared by adding proper ethylene epoxide (EO), propylene epoxide(PO) in initiator allyl alcohol and catalyst potassiura hydroxide. In the second measure we attained silicone polyether copolymers (GM) vvith AP, poly(hydrogenmethyl- siloxane-co-dimethylsiloxane)s(HS) and platinum catalyst by hydrosilylation. Moreover, the orthogonal experiments were designed in this synthesis reaction. The last step was that GM was phosphated by phosphating agent-phosphorous pentoxide(P205),then hydrolysised, basic neutralized to obtain the final products-PK. At above syntheses, the optimum methodology conditions were probed and appreciate middlings and product were manufactured by adjusting the main influence factors of each reaction .Moreover, in this article through comprehensive utilization of modem analytical and testing instrument, the molecular information of raws , middling and outcome were analyzed. The molecular structure and molecular weight of HS were measured by IR and 'H NMR; Then we also used IR quantitative analysis to tra鑕 the change of Si桯 concentration in hydrosilylation; In addition , comparing IR spectrum of the reactant and that of resultant, the reactional progress and the characteristic peak of every products were defined.Finally, the applied properties of PK were tested. Excellent anti-static property, lubricant property, coherent property, and low surface tension of silicone polyether phosphate copolymers were indicated. The relationships of properties and structure of PK were summed up and analy/ed.
