This paper reviews the purifying technology of waste gas of synthetic reaction and its development .On the basis of studier of ultra-fine particle catalyst which has been used to purify the waste gas of synthetic reaction and the way of its synthesize. We prepared ultra-fine particle oxide complex La0.8Sr0.2Co0.8Mn0.2O3 by Sol-Gel method and found out that its high active characteristic. When the ratio of oxygen to the waste gas is 6.0 and the space velocity is 3000h-1, the temperature which can make the harmful gas purified is:340C(propane), 190 C(CO),210 C(AN),320 C(propylene) respectively. All the above facts can prove the high activity of ultra-fine particle catalyst La0.8Sr0.2Co0.8Mn0.2O3.In this paper we prepared supported ultra-fine particle catalyst and did the experiment with it. Effects of the supported catalyst on the propane conversion in the different experiment conditions were preformed. Ultra-fine particle catalyst is adaptive to operational conditions.
