The fixation of oil-well establishment is an important thing, and the design of casing is also crucial. So how to make it durable and economical is our purpose- optimization of casing size and coadjutor layout.This article introduces the optimization of what have mentioned above. Firstly establishing mechanical model of casing structure , and then processing casing forces analysis using space finite-element method and superposition method(put structure stress and outer force stress together), it computes the stress of casing in three dimensions, and gets the internal force and transmutation. The structure of casing-coadjutor is computed overlaply and the question of contact is solved. In the aspect of design, it provides the mixed integer-discrete variable optimization method of casing cross section size and coadjutor layout. It also empolders corresponding structure analysis software and data preprocess interface programme.In this paper, it carry out all the stress computation as a sample of Lengping No. 1 oil well, and directly provides some pictures which show how much each stress is and characteristic and rule, and so on. All of this are important information to the designers and builders.
