In this paper, the principal theory of rapid prototyping manufacturing has been introduced. The emphasis is given to the study on the materials of selective laser sintering techniques. One of the materials of selective laser sintering techniques is developed, including how to make up it, to make its performance test. The sintering prototyping process of this material is studied in detail. Systematic studies has been conducted on the laser sintered densities and the concrete definition of rapid prototyping systems, which are two important measuring factors of the prototyping qualities .the effect of main profess parameters on sintered density have been studied by using the orthogonal experimental analysis .The concrete definition of rapid prototyping systems and its main influence factors has been studied comprehensively and systematically. The post treatment processes of selective laser sintered parts has been studied, and the performance test of sintered parts has been made. |
