According to the research on deformation of tube workpiece in Numerical Control power spinning and with the tool Visual C++,this paper conducts secondary development under AutoCAD condition through ObjectARX.The softwave serves the needs of the integration of CAD/CAM,at the same time achieves the purpose of the overall process from computer aided design to the generation of NC code And in accordance with the constancy of spun workpiece volume,this system can automatic amend the path curve.Based on the principle of software enginneeing,the front-and-post processing of the system is scientifically designed in the paper. In addition,bacause the system is developed by the modular programming method and has a fine fault freedom,it is of great poactical value.The paper realized the dynamic simulation of the process by the creationary exercise of three-dimentional computer graphics technique.Different from the previous ways,according to the fundamental of the constanry of workpiece value and the metallic flow rule in process,the method carry out the simulation to the overall progression from roughcast to product.On the base of these ideals,the paper discussed the designing calculation .of the power spinning process,the establising of the engineering database and the progrmming for numerical control.
