As a metal plastic forming process, spinning is widely used in the manufacture of key elements of nuclear power station、missile and rocket. The change rule of spinning force and durm should be researched when come to the equipment manufacturing to relize the detection and controling, which are the core research project in this article.This article study on the influences of the different parameters on the spinning force and drum of cylindrical work piece with height diameter-thick through theoretical research、finite element simulation and experiment, also the connection of spinning force and drum.Spinning triaxial forces was rigorous calculated with energy method, which could instruct production. The change rules of spinning force and drum are researched together with the formation mechanism of drum.The influence of reduction ration、wall thickness、wheel wor-king angle、 fillet radius and feed rate on spinning and drum are summarized through a three-dimensional finite element model founded by MSC. Marc. The variation regularities of spinning force and drum were researched. The reasonable parameters also been analyzed.Together with the rule on the influence of parameters on the spinning force and drum, the connection of axial force and drum stated by the finite element analysis is confirmed through experiment.
