Two itCms are involved in thes dissertation, one is about Syllthesis,characteriZaion and crystal strUctUre of oxen-bridged binucIear and oxal-bridgedpoly-nuclear copper(II )complexes; the other is about synthesis and characterizationof Schiffbase comPlexes conndning pyridoxa1 ramification. The main contents areoutlined as follows:(1) Based on detailed inveStigation of a great deal of related literatue, wereview kinds and synthesizing methods of bridged binuclear andpoly-nuclear coPPer(II )comPlexes. we design and Synthesize twooxenhadged binuclear coPPer(II)comPlexes: [Cu2 (oxen) (Him)2] (C l O4band [Cu2(oxen) L21(ClO4)2 { thereinto, oxen is NN' -ethylenediamide -bis(2-aminoethyl ): Him is ghidazole: L isl,l0-N,N-fluorenone }.In addition,'we aiso Wsize a:.one-dhoension chain p-C,O4z- poly-nuclearcopper(II)complex. Their monocrystals are obtained. MeanWhile, thesecomPlexes are characterized by IR, Elemelltal analysis, X-ray monocrystal. deterrninaon. \.(2) We sununary stUdies on biological achvities of Schiffbase complexes in. recent years, and prePare the ligands HLl and HL2 usingHydrazinecarbodithioic acid phenymethyl ester, HydraZnecarbodithioicacid methy ester and Pyridoxal Hydrochloride. Then their Cu(II ). Ni(II ).Cd(II ) comPlexes are prePared. Othebose, we carry out antibacterialexperimental on them, finding the ligands and comPlexes possess goodactivity of inhibiting on staPhylococcus, colibacillus, sabtiline. They areMr the research of fluorescence. We find Cd Ll and Cd L2 possessesgood fluorescence property...
