With the concept of 'environmental protection' and 'sustainable development' are deeply rooted among the people, the requirement for environmental protection during enterprise's manufacture process is stricter day and day and the process of manage wastewater of Coking plant and development of the PanGang Coal-chemical Company. The domestic and foreign current situation of technique development on the wastewater of coking plant is reviewed in this paper, introduces the principium/development and the current situation in the biological nitrogen removal of coking wastewater through the process of nitrification and denitrification, as well as the current process and the pollution's density of wastewater in the PanGang Coal-chemical Company.After combine the domestic and foreign actuality and fact of the pangang Coal-Chemical Company, do comparative analysis with the management methods of wastewater, and survey the situation of the PanGang Coal-Chemical Company, I decided to have the biological fluidized-bed ractor technique applied into Ai-A2-O+ flocculation deposition process to deal with the wastewater of the pangang Coal-Chemical Company, and the pilot-scale has also been taken into account.The experimental result indicates that this technique is both economical and feasible. Under the constant condition up to SOhours of waterpower, when the influent water contain NH3-N<500mg/L,COD<2000mg/L, this system can remove up to NH3-N>97%, COD>85%, 99.5%for hydroxybenzene. The purified wastewater contain NH3-N<15mg/L, COD<150mg/L, hydroxybenzene<0.5mg/L. The cost is 4.76Y per one stere wastewater. Because of the application of fluidized-bed reactor technique, the new process requires less land; the advantages of it are compared with the traditional nitrification and dentrification process.In my thesis, I combine the experiment result and made analyses and discusses of the influential factors of this technique and calculate analyses of the nitrification anti-nitrification process, the technique and economic evaluation as well as environmental benefit analyses indicates that the new process has more advantages, such as the fastness to start, the less land, the high removal of pollution, as well as the less cost, it can be concluded that the new technologies have good practicability and could be applied by other coking-plants.
