State Administration of quality supervision in the2006provisions stipulated inthe urban sewage treatment plant effluent discharged into the country and province todetermine the focus of River and lakes, reservoirs and other closed or semi-closedwaters, performing "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002) of a standard A. This means that with our country economydevelopment the urban population rapid agglomeration, urban sewage has becomeChina’s regional water pollution is one of the main causes of the State EnvironmentalProtection Administration, the total nitrogen and total phosphorus were very strictcontrol: total nitrogen<15mg/L, total phosphorus<0.5mg/L. So almost all of thesewage treatment plant will be faced with the effluent quality standard upgradetransform, after the transformation of the effluent from the original level B to level Astandard, so the economy of sewage treatment plant for nitrogen and phosphorusremoval in the development and application of the new technology is the urgentproblem to be solved.According to the characteristic of medium and small towns in China, this studyproposed the etheric boat dock sewage treatment plant as the goal of water, nitrogenand phosphorus removal by biological patent technology: expansion hydrolysis+biological fluidized bed (EH-BFB) process applied in wastewater treatment plantrenovation project research, from technology and management two respects ofresearch, with period seeking to achieve effluent index optimal upgrading technology,for the northern small towns sewage treatment plant upgrading to provide certaintechnical support.Transformation research obtained the following results:1. by patent technology in the engineering test result study, obtains thereasonable suitable for the engineering of process flow and design parameters.2. using this technology, can make the sewage plant only using biochemicalmethod can stably make the effluent total phosphorus is less than or equal to0.5mg/ L, without dosing any chemical, than the original process by dosing aluminumsalt filter removal method of saving reagent cost0.15~0.25yuan/m3.
