Acid fracturing is an effective method to reform carbonate reservoir and an important stimulating method to improve the production of oil (gas) well and the injection rate of water well. Real-time monitoring plays an important role in acidizing treatment and is an effective method to optimize treatment. It can monitor acidizng treatment processing and whether the treatment parameter is accord with the design. Consequently the best acid volume and evaluate the acidizng effect exactly are confirmed. In addition, it can monitor the safety of treatment in offshore treatment that pays more attention to the safety of the treatment. Based on the fluid mechanics, fracture mechanics, percolation flow mechanics and chemistry, the design and calculation model and software of acidizing real-time monitoring has been gained.The main contents of this paper are: Looked up the foreign and domestic literature concerning the matrix acidizing and acid fracturing real-time monitoring, and knew the development and tendency in the field of stimulation. Calculated the temperature in wellbore by numerical method. Deduced and calculated the temperature in fracture during injecting non-reactive fluid and reactive fluid. Calculated the numerical model of the fracture three-dimensional growth using new calculation method during acid-frac treatment. Calculated the acid fluid effective penetration distance and founded the surface moving model between non-reactive fluid and acid fluid. Calculated the non-reactive fluid and acid fluid coefficient of leaking considering the difference between non-reactive fluid and acid fluid and the effect of wormhole. Calculated the new model of fracture conductivity, considering the roughness of the surface, closure stress and the anti-press intensity of rock. Founded design and calculation model of matrix acidizing real-time monitoring. Developed the software of acidizing real-time monitoring and calculated the real case.
