The derrick is an important part of the mine hoisting system,which has the functions of supporting the pulley,bearing all lifting weights and fixing the tank passage,etc.,and is the key infrastructure component of the mine hoisting system.There are a large number of single-rope winding metal lifting derricks in China,which have been affected by environmental corrosion,lifting overload,emergency stop impact,foundation defonnation and other factors for a long time.In the process of use,they may encounter hidden safety problems such as stress concentration,vibration and inclination.In addition,as another key component of mine hoisting system,the derrick is installed to support and guide the steering of hoisting wire rope.In the process of using the pulley.the bearing temperature will be too high,abnormal operation and other problems,will cause the lifting derrick vibration abnormality.In order to prevent metal derrick safety accidents,this paper designs and studies the metal derrick real-time monitoring system to ensure the safety of the derrick.The main contents of this paper include:theoretical analysis and finite element simulation of the derrick stress,stress analysis of the derrick truss structure under two working conditions,determine the weak parts of the derrick,and determine the failure limit;The overall design of the monitoring system includes the design of monitoring methods,the determination of installation location and the selection of communication methods;Selection of hardware and design of monitoring system,on the basis of field work environment and performance requirements,design of the monitoring parameters such as stress,vibration,inclination,temperature sensing equipment and video monitoring equipment,stable and efficient receiving,processing and send wireless smart device,gathering information to design of monitoring software,including the configuration software in wireless communication mode,variable is set,the animation connection Settings,safety management Settings,connection between upper machine and lower machine set up and the design of system function;Through the monitoring system for field test,on the basis of the stability test and alarm test,carried out based on the division of the combined with a comprehensive test of field experiment.Through the comparative analysis of field test data and theoretical results,the correctness of the selection of weak parts of the derrick and the reliability and effectiveness of the monitoring system are verified.The system provides timely and accurate information reference for mine equipment maintenance personnel.
