Technology And Quality Standards Of The Qdkl The Study

QingDan Granules consists of Radix Scutellarise, Cortex Moutaru Fructus Aurantii and Radix Paeoniae Alba.etc.lt is appilied mainly to treat Chronic Cholecystitis.The preparation process and the optinum extraction conditions were screened,then the quality standard was controlled and the preliminary stability was investigated.Small amount of production of QingDan Granules showed that the preparation process was reasonable and practical,the quality standard was controllable,and the quolity of the end product was stable.The quality standard included the thin chromatography(TLC) identifiction of Radix Scutellarise, Cortex Moutan, Fructus Aurantii and Radix Paeoniae Alba,every examining item being up to the standard under of the pharmacopoeia.The content determination Paeonol in the preparation assayed by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV) and the content determination Baicalin in the preparation assayed by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Our studies indicated that these methods were sufficiently simple, sensetive and reproducible.Investigation on the preliminary stability of three batch of the showed they were stable, and acceleration studies at low temperature stated that these would be available for two years.
