| The deformation analysis model using for the test of water flood-ing fo r large oil tankAs a part of oil product management, the constrction and operat-ion of a large oil tank is one of most important item, and the test of water floodi ng before the tank being used is a necessary step, it wou-ld achieve two mai n goals:first it can make the base sinking of oil tank been finished almost ly before its operation, second surveying the base deformation in the way of realtime through the whole procession of water flooding and judgeing the o bser-ve result which is caused by unequal base sinking whether or not it is dangerous.So this paper have finished many testing work, the main section includ ing:1. Using traditional regression equations, simulated the sinking proces sion Of oil tank.2. Absorbing from the gray theory, changing the scatted sinking data into a order according to some regulars or defined condition. Making two gray model simulate and predict the sinking result of oiltank b ase.3. Comparing the gray model with the composing model based on lea-st sq uare method, and find out the common and difference betweenthem , choose one of best model to simulete and predict the sinking of oil tank during the procession of water flooding.4. Related to 4 1000m3 large oil tanks of station 2 of specialoil produce corp. which located on LIAOHE OIL FIELD . According to the surveying result in the whole procession of water flooding , wecan obtain the sinking amount of tank base and the error comparingto surveying result with gray model or composing model.5. with the result of simulating the sinking procession ,we canguide the plan of water flooding of a oil tank and assure the whole proces sion is safety and reliability.In the least, considering the peculiarity of tank sinking during the w ater flooding, using this clue and method to solve the no defi-ne factor s uch as unequal tank sinking these have proved being effe-ctive means accor ding to the result of calculation and analysis. |
