According to the mechanism of UV technOlogy this paPer exPlored freeradical-cationic forinous inks. It is found that the twinous cured inks made bymixing ePOxy acrylate and ePoxy resin had not excellellt propertes.So the aUthrsynthesized biphenol A ePoxy mono-acryic resin as binder of twinoussystem,Which is with acrylate and epoxy functional grou on the same molecule.TheoPtimum synthesis condition obtained by measuring the acid value, the iodine valueand the ePoxide number of the reaCion system is as so f the proportion ofacryic acid' and epoxde grOup ofePOxy resin is 1;2,the catalyst is DMBA, its qllantity is 0.5%,theinhibitor quamity is 0.04%, the reation temPeratUre is 95t, the blankat of nitrogenis used to proteCt it,the reaction does nOt stop until the acid value is 5. Whilemeapthis paPer deals with the preParation of glycidyl acrylate .Then,it was detendned theproperties ofbiphenol A epoxy mono-acryic resin .Its viscosity is l l0 Pa.s,The CUredvelocity of TMPTA is fastest in the othe reactive dihiting agents;The aUthrsynthesized a reaotive amine, Which can decrease the itheition of oxygen,I3 is thebeSt one in the phOtoinitiators,Which concelltfation has a beSt POini,The faSter thecured velocity,the higher the cured temPeratUre, The Storage Stability of the system isacceptable.The twinous cured 1ithograPhic inks was made uP by biphenol Aepoxy mono-acrylic resin. The farraginous cured lithograPhic inks made uP bybiphenol A ePoxy mono-acrylic resin and glycidyl acrylate was whh excellentcomPositive properties,but its coSt was high.If TPGDA is used as reactive dilUtingagent so as to decrease coSt,it also can be with excellent propedies by optindzingformulation.At last, the twinous' cured mating luStering agent was madeup,which cured velocity is fast with excellen properties and Which is acceptable.
