The paper references the optimal operation of oil pipeline bump station and optimal operation of power plant dynamo, according to gas pipeline transportation theory and the optimization design theory, and established the optimal operation mathematics models of compressor station in gas transmission trunk line.Dynamic programming algorithm is satisfied with Principle of Optimality and is fitted to solve series stage decision-making problem. It can effectively abase computed quantity and boost computed efficiency.Genetic algorithm is simple and universal .It is applicable for side by side distributed disposal and can be applied in many domains. The paper presents a improved genetic algorithm which adopt dynamic scaling to fitness function, self-adaptive crossover possibility and mutation possibility. And the new algorithm has improved the calculated efficiency of standard genetic algorithm.The paper also introduces the combination of genetic algorithm with simulated annealing, which could better solve the part astringency of standard genetic algorithm, and could acquire the better result.At last, the paper write the calculated program with Visual Basic 6.0, and testified the paper's research result.
