Cms Polychlorinated Reactor Simulation Study

With ASPEN Plus as software tool, a steady-state simulation model was set up for the multi-chlorination reactor of CMS process. Based on the data from the present factory productions, the key model parameters - the macro relative constants of the reaction speed were regressed.By using the above result, a simplified calculation model was set up. The simplified model does not require the presence of Aspen Plus software, which made it more convenient to use in the actual production process.The simulation results of both models were well consistent with the factory data, which shows that the models have possessed applicability.
