Firstly, the productive techniques are designed to produce nanometer zinc oxide, which is using zinc chloride and oxalic to prepare zinc oxalate through the following method of precipitation, laundering, filtration, drying and then calcination . And zinc oxalate can be proved to decompose absolutely at the conditions of 500 for 1 hour through IR -. TG et al advanced testing means . The size of nanometer zinc oxide is knowed about 50-60nm and even by using Scanning electric microscope, and several factors is studied during the preparation, which can effect nanometer zinc oxide size and productivity. In the end ,drawing the conclusion :during the preparation of nanometer zinc oxide the optimal reaction molar match is 1:1.07, the optimal reaction time is 90min, the optimal reaction temperature is 20 ; during the heat decomposition the optimal decomposition temperature is 500 , the optimal decomposition time is 1 h, the purification degree of nanometer zinc oxide is high and about 98.17% .Preparation condition of nanometer zinc oxide is improved, alcohol is added as the washing agent, the nanometer zinc oxide whose particle size is about 20~30nm is prepared, but it is pocket.In order to overcome the shortcoming that nanometer zinc oxide antibacterial ability is poor without the light, implanting the silver salt in the prepared zinc oxalate and then followed by calcined to prepare the silver modified nanometer particle zinc oxide. Ag modified nanometer zinc oxide whose particle size is also in the range of 100nm is prepared. Two different of concentration nanometer zinc oxide powers were attained, Ag content is 2.065% and11.835% respectively, and aggregation was increased for adding Ag.For realizing the purpose of making nanometer zinc oxide can be used in cotton fabrics, nanometer zinc oxide was modifiedc by using Sodium low polyacrylate, and dispersing water solution system's stability of modified nanometer zinc oxide was studied through a comparison of the dispersing results of six kinds of dispersing agents, the appearance of dispersing water system was observed by using transmission electric microscope technology(TEM). The result show that the system's stability of nanometer zinc oxide modified by Sodium low polyacrylate is better than other dispersing agents', and the appearance of dispersing water system is the single pack bead shape nanoparticles; the system's stability of surface-modified nanometer zinc oxide dispersing water solution is contributed to three factors that is repulsion power between nanoparticles, low surface-tension and high space obstruct, and the relative models are also brought out. And several influencing factors are studied and discussed, in the end the optimal prescription is attained through hand over experiment, it is that: pH value is 9, the optimal dispersing agent quantity concentration is 3%,the optimal nanometer zinc oxide additive quantity is 0.5%. Meanwhile, in order to improve the nanometer coexist ability with other organic things, DL-104(silicone coupling agent )is used to modify nanometer zinc oxide, the IR result show that DL-104 is really combined with nanometer zinc oxide surface, and the product coexists with other several kinds of organic solvents very well.In the end, the dispersing agent of sodium low polyacrylate was used as binder and amine modified organic silicone was used as hard-proof agent to prepare the finishing agent of nanometer particle zinc oxide and silver modified nanometer particle zinc oxide respectively. Then the finishing agent are used to finish the cottonIVtextiles, in the end the nanometer zinc oxide cotton fabrics are formed through immersing, padding and drying finishing procedures . Comparing the anti-bacterial effection to the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli among the different zinc oxide power and different nanometer particle zinc oxide cotton fabrics by the way of the anti-bacterial circles and fastness of laundering is also tested.
