This paper is composed of three parts:In the first part, we synthesized two blue light agent: (1): 4 - acetylamino-N-ethyl-1,8-naphthaliraide; (2): 4 - acetylamino -N-phenyl-1,8-naphthalimide;they were all synthesized from acenaphthene via the reaction of nitration, oxidation, reduction, condensation and acylation. Their exciation peaks are respectively 252nm, 387nm and 253nnu 392nm, emission peaks are respectively 461nm and 465nm. the half width are all something like 71nm this fluorescence spectrum are accord with the demand of the light conversion agent, we reform the reduction process, if use Fe+HCl as reductic agent, the product's degree of bright and fluorescence intensity are weak, if use SnCl2+HCl as reductic agent , the consumption of reductic agent is too much, then we choice cheap Na2S to replace the previous two, the product have bright color and strong fluorsence. the best ratiorNa-jS '?4-nitro-naphthalic anhydrid=l ?2(mol), yield is 85.2%.When we analyse the relationship between the fluorescent properties and the substituents of the four products : (IK (II)and (IK (2), we found the substituent of 4 situation great influence the fluorescence of 1,8-naphthaiimde, but the substituent of nitrogen of imide has little affect.In the second part , begining with N,N-Diethyl-3-amino phenol we synthesized a coumarin red light agent:3-diethylamino-7-(2, 4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-6H, 7H- [1] benzopyran [4,3 -b] [l] benzopyran-6, 10-dione its excitation peak is 549nm;emission peak is 622nm. but the fluorescenceis weak .In the sythesis of key intermidiate 3- formyl- 4- chloro- 7- diethylamimo coumarin, we improve the process, first, make the 4 - hydroxy-7-diethylamimo coumarin solved in the DMF with heat, then cooled in the icebath with stiring ,the very fine grain will precipitate out , because the crystal is very fine , the contact surface between 4 - hydroxy-7-diethylamimo coumarin and DMF is great increased, accordly the yield increased much, the optimal reaction condition: 4 - hydroxy-7-diethylamimo coumarin I POCl3=1 : 2;5℃;lh.In the third part, we prepare light conversion polystyrene film , and carry out aging resistence test and the compatibility test . the two blue light polystyrene film all have strong blue fluorescence, their excitation peak is 377nm; emission peak is 440nm. The two blue light agent have excellent aging resistence , they also have good compatibility with assistant;but the red light agent's solubility in toluene is low , and because of solvent effect , it haven't fluorescence in the polystyrene film, the relating details needxmuch more research...
