Four molds were used to degrade bagasse and we got the content of cellulose, semi-cellulose and lignin. Different pretreatments to sugar yield were discussed. Mold fermentation, molds mix-fermentation and molds yeasts mix-fermentation to enzyme activitity and protein content were studied. Then the techniques and routes of bagasse fermentation to produce single cell protein were designed. At last the effect of metallic ion to cellulase were discussed. |
