The transient pulse test, a kind of non-wearing testing technology is adopted in the thesis to study the performance of the electro-ignition product[EIP]. Having designed the non-wearing testing system the essay analyzes the influence on the temperature-rising curve by the surrounding temperature and the loop resistance and then the non-wearing nature of the transient pulse test is verified. By means of speeding up the aging of the EIP and transient pulse test, the temperature-rising curve of EIP, the variation of the ignition pressure and 50% ignition point are obtained. According to the electro-heating model of L.A.Rosenthal, by computing electro-heating corresponding curve, computing the standard deviation of T + 3 and applying F-testing method and T-testing method to decide the consistence between the ignition time and the medium error respectively, the failure data of EIP is finally obtained through the temperature-rising curve, the aviation of resistance and the aviation of temperature rising. |
