Study Of The Industrial Organization Of China's Environmental Protection Industry

Compared with the development of environmental protection industry (EPI) in developed countries, ours is rather undeveloped, and there exists significant disparity between them. To make further improvement of our EPI, it is necessary to have research on the question of rationalization about the industry organization of the EPI.Using the current industry organization theory, the transaction cost theory and the game theory, this thesis preliminarily explores the mutual relationship between the special EPI and market, the rational organization relationship between the EPI enterprises and market, the industry organization policy and measures of the EPI.The research emphases of this thesis can be concluded for six parts as followings:The I^st part: raised the question to be studied; analyzed the current state of the industry organization in the present EPI; and leaded out the basic theory analytical tool -the SCP analytical rule.The 2^nd part: analyzed the specialty of the EPI. current state of the industry organization in the EPI in China, the importance of rationalizing the industry organization.The 3^rd part: studied the market structure of our EPI. First analyzed the demand and supply of our EPI. then analyzed the basic factors of market structure, including the market centralization degree, the market out & in obstacle, the difference between products.The 4^th part: analyzed the current development state of our environmental protecti-on enterprises, and developed the description of enterprise conduct of environmental protection enterprises, the enterprise conduct including technology creation conduct, product creation conduct, advertising and price fixing conduct, annexation conduct, and so on.The 5^th part: analyzed the market efficiency of our EPI from many aspects, such as the resource deployment efficiency, the profit rate of the industry and enterprise, the technology efficiency of technology progress and industry organization, manufacture ability and market demandThe 6^th part: raised the industry organization polic and measures to develop our EPI...
