The Industrial Organization In Pharmaceutical Industry

Characterized by high technology,high input and high rist, Pharmaceutical Industry in China through a very rough road, has become an important industry which promotes the GDP. Now Chances and challenge coexist in Pharmaceutical Industry. In order to accelerate the development of the industry, the government is using the policy. Meanwhile in'the 11th five year'plan, the industry is faced with more development objects.The study is aimed at exploring the industrial organization of Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry. The paper studies the'market structure, market conduct and industry performance situation'of Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry. Using the S-C-P'interaction relation'of the'Industrial Organization', the paper analyzes the relation of the Pharmaceutical Industry. The research shows that the relation between the'S-C-P'is different with the theory. Based on the results, the paper has found the problems which have impeded the development of the industry.Finally, the paper has given the suggestions of the development of Pharmaceutical Industry. The author feels that the most important point is to realize the status of the enterprise, then should focus on the other three parts, such as'market concentration','innovation','management'. With the four points, the Pharmaceutical Industry will have a better future.
