| In this paper, the design procedure and realization of automatically programming system for NC machining of Jet screw groove are discussed. Detailed problems met in the design are solved. The specificities of jet and screw groove are analyzed firstly, and then a method of point-by-point rotation for calculating trail point of screw curve is brought forward. Afterward, three widely used curve approaching methods are discussed according how to calculate the wire-frame of jet contour, with cubic bezier approaching as the emphasize. The structure design of this software is also related and many detailed problems are given in this paper. The software system programmed in Visual C++ 6.0 has passed the trial machining testify. |
