Steel industry is the pillar of the national economy and blast furnace is very important for the steel industry. The object of ironmaking is high quality, low loss, high yield and longevity. To obtain this object, we have to control the blast furnace safely, stably, evenly and regularly. Firstly, this paper introduces blast furnace ironmaking, blast furnace expert system and the prediction of silicon content in molten iron. Secondly, it analyzes some factors, which can influence silicon content in molten iron, for example the speed of raw material, the blast temperature, wind volume etc. On the basis of data analysis and ironmaking knowledge, this paper builds time series predicting model, the fuzzy control model, neural network model and intelligent control model. Finally, it indicates the realization and application of the intelligent control system. |
