| The papers study the technology of variable speed drive in electric submergible pump.In this study, the load charateristics of subraergible centrifugal pump and the influence of various regulating methods on energy dissipation are analyzed. The loading capacity of the submergible motor in variable speed drive control process is analyzed. The papers simple discribe the basic structure of the variable speed drive system in electric submergible pump-, principle of PWM inverter and the basic structure of IGBT.This papers mainly study the influence of variable speed drive to the electric submergible pump system, for instance, long motor leads effect and common-mode voltage. Because the ESP is 2000~3000 meters downhole, there is more 3000 meters power cable between the electric submergible motor and the ground instrument. When the motor runs in variable speed drive. There will are be resulted in voltage reflection and common-mode voltage, that those may destroy the motor and cable.In this papers, the main voltage reflection is analyzed and emulated. We designs passive filter to vanish those influence and this filter is emulated.From those studies, we may know the variable speed drive in electric submergible pump is feasible and may run reliably. |
