Developed. HDPE Composite Stabilizer Additives

In this paper, we aim at the practically procreative problems of Daqing Petrachemical Company ,research the method of synthesis of a complex stabilizer, and study it's effect on the process nature and application nature of HDPE. This stabilizer is mainly made up of hindered phenol and sulfite ester, in addition, we add other supplements into this stabilizer.Antioxygen 1076's chemical name is -(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid Octester;antioxygen 1010's chemical name's antioxygen tetrapentatrythritol ester . There are two steps in the synthesis of the two antioxygen. First , the intermediate product methyl -(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate is made from 2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenyl hydroxide and acrylic methyl ester , through addition reaction .Antioxygen 1076 is made from this intermediate product and octadecyl alcohol .through ester exchange reaction;if we replace octadecyl alcohol with pentaery thritol ester, we can gain antioxygen 1010. Antioxygen 168' schemical name is tri (2, 4-di-butylphenyl)sulfite ester, which is made from 2, 4-di-butyl phenol and phosphorus trifluoride . We study every factor that affects reation during the process of three product ,by using perpendicular experiment and conditional experiment.Combining HDPE resin manufacture devices , we choose antioxygen 1010 as primary antioxygen, antioxygen 168 as assistant antioxygen , add suited zinc stearate and calcium stearate and PE which molecule weight is low, in order to confect an complex stabilizer which can apply to HDPE .We confirm the quantum of the constitution , through perpendicular experiment.
