Arc Welding Robot Using Cnc Welding Positioner To Show The Development Of The Teaching System

The development of numerically controlled welding positioner used by arc-welding robot is of vital importance to welding flexible manufacturing center (WFMC). The design of teaching system of the positioner is an important part of the work. With the computer control technology, the teaching system of arc welding robotic numerically controlled positioner is designed and realized.At first, the thesis carries out a brief plan for the teaching system of the welding positioner, which is on the basis of summarizing the previous work. In accordance with the requirements of WFMC for the system of welding positioner, the thesis has fulfilled the software and hardware design work of the teaching part of welding positioner.The teaching system comprise teaching box teaching operating rod teaching and keyboard teaching. Teaching box teaching used for teaching and reappearance in site is an most main teaching method.By taking single-chip W78E58 as teaching box's kernel, with the control of the keyboard, the display of the PLD and communication, the teaching box could convey the control code of positioner and give the message of positioner back to the manipulator. On base of teaching principle of PCL-832 control card, OS of MS-DOS and TC 3.0, the teaching functions have been realized such as control of position, control of speed, stopping, memory and end by computer.In the end the functions of the teaching system match the expectation the design. Thus benefits to that teaching and recurrence are well manipulated and welding manufacturing center is more flexible.
