Liaoning Province, The Spatial And Temporal Distribution Of Natural Disasters And Forecasting

Nature disaster often takes place ,and it is one of the most important factors which have an effect on economy development .This paper firstly analyzes the nature environment of nature disaster in Liaoning Province ,then analyzes the main categories ,characteristics and impact on economy and people of nature disaster .According to statistical data ,the author analyzes time-space distribution of flood-drought disaster and seism disaster which are the most important factors which have effect on economy ,and with markov chains and grey theories ,the author predicts the movement trend of flood-drought disaster in 5 years and seism disaster in 10 years ,and comes to conclusions that there is probability of occurrence of earthquake with Ms>=5.0 in 2003,2006,2010 and drought in 5 years .At last ,characteristics of different regions and countermeasures are put forward .
