With Shuangtaihekou nature reserve of Liaoning province, choosing the main protection species as the objects such as Grus japonensis, Larus saundersi and Glycine soja, collected the species populations, and analysis the current condition, and then discussing the habitat fragmentations of the objects. To analysis the current function zone is rational manner or not based on analysis the current condition, then puts forward new function zone. Details:firstly based on the CAP software which invented by TNC technology application status in collecting quantities of birds’ population. Determine the key protection object such as properties, and choose appropriate indicators, analysis reserve protection to protect the value and the ability to survive the object, intuitive reflect human activities to wildlife reserve management and its influence;Secondly use GIS analysis integrating the hydrologic map,1:50000actuality map of land use, and vegetation distribution map.and so on, And integrating the Fragstats software to calculate5index (plaques density index PD, patch fragmentation index FN, landscape shape index FS, fragmentation average distance MNN is near, corridor density index CD),then analysis the landscape fragmentation of the nature reserve; Thirdly combining basic local customs examination to discuss the rationality of current function zone;Finally using GIS spatial analysis the date and putting forward new function zone. The results of the study show that:1、The main protection object of the nature reserve with Grus japonensis, Larus saundersi and Glycine soja, all of them are in endangered, the need to protect them with current management. CAP software calculated the viability of the object protection for "General", biological diversity level "General", the main threat for farmlands, habitat area reducing, fragmentation degree is high, reed biomass drop, reduce the reservoir upstream, the threat of a state as a "High", namely protect object interference are serious, if not the effective management of the human to protect, species will be extinct, biodiversity decrease;2、The fragmentation index is0.271, the studied area was lowly fragmented, but the patch density oflandscape is0.720individual/km2,and fragment index of reed swamp and beach which are the main habitat of objects are0.361,0.402. The results shows that the landscape fragmentation of habitat is closely related to human activities. And the increase of the corridor density, driving the fragmentation degree has deepened. Corridor is the development of the landscape fragmentation premise and motivation.3、The discussion results of function zone of Shuangtaihekou nature reserve in Liaoning province is: core29580.4ha, accounting for37%of the total area, buffer18332.4ha, accounting for23%of the total area,32087.2ha, accounting for40%of the total area, the ratio of steps:37:23:40, new functional zone of Shuangtaihekou nature reserve focus on the protection of the species breeding area are consigned to the distribution and buffer area in effect to protect.
