Taking the regular and irregular methods, 3 coordination polymers with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetra-carboxylic acid as bridging ligand and imidozole, oxalate acid, amino acetic acid and H2O as terminal ligand, have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystral X-ray diffraction. Their formulas are presented as following:( 1 ) [Co2(C6H2(COO)4)(imH)4]n( 2 ) {[Co2(C2O4)(C6H2(COO)4)(H2O)4] -4H2O-(NH2CH2COOH)}n( 3 ) {[Co(H2O)6][Co(H2O)4(C6H2(COO)4)] . 4H2O}nThese coordination polymers have been characterized by IR,UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopes. The variable temperature magnetic susceptibilities(1.5-300K)of complex (1) and (2) have been measured and studied. Complex (1) and (2) exhibit the anti-ferromagnetic property. The spin-transition phenomenon of complex (2) takes place at 17K. The SPS and FISPS of complex (1) and (2) have been studied and measured. The results show that they all have the photovoltaic and P property from 300nm to 800nm. The SPS shows photovoltaic responds corresponding with π -π * ,L-d and d-d jumping .This will have an important elicitation and significance for making a new type of photovoltaic semiconductor material between inorganic and organic semiconductor.
