Environmental Capacity Of Reservoir Immigrants Discussion

With the increase in construction of large and middle reservoir, the migration of the reservoir area surges out. It requires a reasonable analysis of the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area.This paper, based on theories of land capacity of population and of proper population expounds the connotation of the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area, namely, the population that a circumscribed region with certain productive technology level and amis of production and life on absorb and support on the basis of sustained development of human and ecological environment, it is dynamic, systematic and in accordance with barrel theory.In order to scientifically study the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area, this paper clarifies goals and principles of the study .The goals include fulfillment of the exploitative policy of the migration, provision of ground for displacement and resettlement of the population of the reservoir area, and provision of conditions of sustained development of the migration. The principles includes combination of wholeness and integrity, insistence on sustained development and agriculture development, and public participation. Based on these, this paper puts forward a technological guideline on study of the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area.Adopting the previous research achievement , this paper puts forward a method of studying the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area-measuring the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area. In the method of comprehensive index ascertaining the feasibility of resettlement of the migration, then determining the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area based upon barrel theory after anticipatory analysis of all indices.This paper gives the reservoir area of Shimian county as an example of combination of theory and practice .According to the technological guideline ,it determines the volume of environment of the population of the reservoir area ofShimian country in the methods as well as barrel theory .In the end ,this paper concludes the research and gives some suggestions.
