The process of ion doped during polypyrrole-electrode preparing has been used as an enriched method and the enrichment of oxalic acid, vitamin C, Oxytetracycline, and nifedipine were investigated in detail in this paper. Further, based on the enriched method, the analytical method of measuring oxalic acid and nifedipine was set up and applied in actual samples analyses. The results show that this method can improve sensitive of determining , and reduce the limit of detection.The main achievements in this thesis are summarized as follows:1 The development of Chemical Modified Electrodes (CME) and conducting polymer film chemically modified electrode were reviewed.2 IR, Quartz Crystal Microbalance, and CV were used to investigated the Vitamin c enriched(doped) in polypyrrole film.3, The electrochemical behavior of nifedipine at the polypyrrole modified electrode was studied. In a supporting electrolyte of NH3-NH4Cl, a sensitive peak of reductive of nifedipine was observed. The peak potential is -0.96V (vs. SCE). The peak current is linear with the concentration of Nifedipine over the range from 1 X 10 6~ 1 X 10-4mol/L with detection limit of 5 X 10-7 mol/L.4 Utilizing the process of polymerizing pyrrole as a method of enriching Nifedipine, a sensitive linear sweep peak corresponding to reductive stripping of nifedipine was found in a supporting electrolyte of 0.088 mol/L H2O2 + 0.1 mol/L H2SO4. The peak potential is -0.628v (vs. SCE). The peak current is linear with the concentration of nifedipine in the range of 1 X 10 8~1 X 10-4mol/L with detection limit of5X10-9 mol/L.5 The enrichment of oxalic acid was also studied. In a supporting electrolyte of 0.1 mol/L NH3-NH4Cl buffer, a sensitive linear sweep peak of oxalic acid was found. The peak potential is -0.424V (vs. SCE) and the peak current is linear with the concentration of oxalic acid in the range of 1 X 10-6~l X 10-4mol/L. It is a new method to determine oxalic acid.6 The process of Oxytetracyclin doped and enriched in film during the procedure of ploymerize pyyrrole and the process of ploymerize aniline were studied.
