Micro system has been applied widely in medical, telecommunication, automotive, environment, after tens of years' development. As one of important industrial materials, plastic plays an important part in Microsystem, so micro molding which can mold plastic parts with microstructure appeared. Now, it has become a new branch of injection molding and been developed quickly. It has only tens of years' history. The system info has not been established, and the data on experiment is very little Super-thin plastic part is micro part with simple structure, study on it is the base research on micro molding, it will give help to further study on micro molding.An injection mold was designed for molding super-thin plastic parts. And the molding process of them is simulated by flowing simulation software. The molding process parameters1 affects on the filling ratio of super-thin plastic part are investigated by simulation and experiment. Batch injection molding experiments were done, by keeping other parameters' constant, changing the aim parameter. The injection pressure, injection velocity, the mold temperature and the plastic melt temperature are mainly investigated.The experiment result expressed that filling ratio of super-thin plastic part increases with the increase of injection pressure, injection velocity, the mold temperature and the plastic melt temperature. And the mold temperature is the most important factor of the injection parameters. When the mold temperature is high, the parts' filling ratio is very good even the injection velocity is very slow.
