| Electrostatic atomization is a kind of technology by which a liquid drop in a high voltage electrical field can be divided into droplets whose diameters are in the micrometer grade. There is not a widely accepted model which can accurately calculate the average droplets diameter with the parameters of the liquid. Water and glycerin are chosen as representative materials and their diameter-versus-parameter relationship are studied to construct a math model to calculate the average droplets diameter. The value is contrasted with the value measured in the experiment and they get a good agreement.Encapsulation technology is a new enzyme immobilized method which is recognized by people for its low cost and easy operation. The papaya is encapsulated in the experiment. The encapsulation technology is improved on the base of tradition by making the colloid sphere formed in the encapsulation process smaller with the electrospray method. By this way, the colloid spheres' surface area are increased so that the activity of enzyme is improved on the original base.When the mechanism is investigated, firstly, the dimensionless analysis is firstly used to simplify the parameters; secondly, the effects of voltage and liquid initial flow rate are examined with water and glycerin as the main objects. The result shows that droplets average diameters are in proportion with the V-0.5 and Q0.4; lastly, the equation below is obtained.with the simultaneous relationship.When the effects of parameters are clear, it is used to immobilized the papaya enzyme. Firstly, the orthogonal test is used to make sure the best immobilization condition. Secondly, the activities of immobilized enzyme and the initial dissociative liquid enzyme and the mixed enzyme are contrasted. Lastly, the reusable ability of immobilized enzyme is investigated, the result shows:the best immobilization condition:Concentration of sodium 5alginate /g昄-1 Concentration of CaCl2 10Reaction temperature 40Voltage 7200The immobilized enzyme's average activity reaches a level of 59620 U/ml while the dissociative enzyme's is 41737.5 U/ml and the mixed is 34650 U/ml. The immobilized enzyme's activity improved by 41.5% compared with the dissociative enzyme's while 70.5% compared with the mixed enzyme's. The improvement level of activity is in the highest flight compared with other immobilized methods.The test of immobilized enzyme activity shows that the immobilized enzyme's reusable ability is good enough to be applied in the future industry production despite of experimental error. |
