| As a metal, germanium was a seldom, and the metal was separated around earth. Tin was the same group with germanium, and properties of tin and germanium were so closed that they were not prone to separation. When they were determined as absorption spectrometry, they interfered each other because the most wavelengths of theirs are so closed.The separation and enrichment of trace tin and trace germanium was researched in this paper. Solvent Extraction method was applied to separate trace tin and trace germanium, which tributyl phosphate and tetrachloromethane became a kind of extractant, using counter synergistic extraction, and inorganic salt was used as salting-out. According to researching the influence with the separation and enrichment in all kinds of conditions, the best condition in the separation and enrichment of trace tin and trace germanium has been found. Aiming at the disturbing of trace tin and trace germanium in existing simultaneous, using Artificial Neural Networks spectrometry determined simultaneously trace tin and trace germanium in extraction raffinate and stripping raffinate, tested the effect of these two metal separation and extraction. Specifying finished work has the following some:1. Trace tin and trace germanium were separated each. The best condition of extraction has been found according to varying different conditions. When the acidity of extraction was 2mol L-1, salting-out was 1g.the extraction rate of trace tin surpassed 95%,but the extraction rate of trace germanium was very low. According to the studying of the condition of stripping, trace tin cannot be stripped if only TBP extracted. When the proportion of TBP and CC14 was 1:1, not only was trace tin extracted almost complete but was made for stripping. Besides this condition, other stripping conditions were studied: when the acidity of stripping was pH=l and the medium of acid was hydrochloric acid, the rate of recovery of tin surpassed 95%, but the rate of recovery of germanium was less than 4%.2. The determination condition of trace tin and trace germanium each was studied.The best condition has been found about the acidity of determination andcompounds' duration time, and the best dosage of chromogenic agent and surfactant has been found.3. The system of Artificial Neural Networks spectrometry was set up. Using this system can determinate exactly trace tin and trace germanium simultaneous and eliminated the disturbing of theirs each other.4. The effect of separation and enrichment of trace tin and trace germanium was tested by the system of Artificial Neural Networks spectrometry. Because of the existing of germanium, the rate of recovery of tin fell. As stripping trace tin time after time, the rate recovery of tin can be increased, and achieved the aim of the separation and enrichment of trace tin and trace germanium. |
