Disproportionated rosin is one of the most important products of modified rosin, it has many uses in industry. At present, Pb/C catalyst is the best catalyst to produce disproportionated rosin in industy. However, the content of Palladium in the earth's crust is very rare, Palladium is very expensive and it is mainly acquired by import. Because Yunnan Province abounds with pine resources, it is necessary for us to develop a kind of unprecious metal catalyst substituting for Palladium and improving the development of Yunnan forestry chemistry.In the paper, nano-technology has been applied to catalytic preparation, higher activity, unprecious metal nanometer catalyst which is used in rosin disproportionated reaction has been developed, and the craftwork and mechanism of rosin diaproportion and the structure and property of the catalyst have been researched. The whole process is divided into four parts which are as follows:1) The examination of catalytic preparative conditions. We have examined the catalytic kinds, preparative methods and preparative conditions, and have found that N/ L-T catalyst prepared by sol-gel-precipitation method has higher activity. Its preparative conditions are the laden content of N being m, the content of L being 1, baking for t hours at T3 C, reducing for t hours at Tl C.2) The discussion of disproportionated rosin's preparation and conclusion. By examining the preparative craftwork of disproportionated rosin and orthogonal experiment, we have educed the best preparative conditions: reactive temperature is 270 C, reactive time is 1 hour and the content of catalyst is 2.5%.3) We have known catalytic physical properties by some analytical methods, such as TEM, SEM, XRD and so on.Then we have drawn a conclusion: the finer the catalytic particles are, the higer the catalytic activity is. N distributed on carrier IXT is the activity component in N/ L-T catalyst, the addition of L makes the particles of N/ L-T catalyst become finer. Surveying by TEM, the size of the particles prepared is 20nm.4) By primarily researching the mechanism of rosin diaproportion, we have concluded that the reaction of rosin disproportion is an one-grade reaction, theactivation energy Ea=4.993kJ/mol.
