At present, Pd/C is the most ideal catalyst to produce disproportionated rosin. However, the source of precious metal Palladium is very rare. Palladium is expensive and mainly depended on import in China .It is necessary to convert plenty of pine sources into economy advantage, and develop a kind of unprecious metal catalyst substituting for Palladium. In this paper, nano-technology had been applied to catalytic preparation; unprecious metal nanometer catalyst which was used in rosin disproportion reaction had been empoldered. Four important parts which had been researched were as follows.1)Preparation and performance of catalyst .The catalystic kinds ,preparative methods and preparative conditions had been tested .The experimentation indicates that mN/lL-T catalyst prepared by sol-gel-precipitation had higher activity ,which was baked for 2.5 hours at 500℃, reduced for 3 hours at 300℃.2)The research of disproportionated rosin. By examined the preparative craftwork of disproportionated rosin, the best preparative condition had been educed: reaction temperature was 270℃, reaction time was 3 hours and the amount of catalyst was 2. 5%.3)Batch reactor had been applied continuously in disproportionated rosin in order to study the change of mN/lL-T catalyst activity .The spent mN/lL-T catalyst was regenerated by different methods ,The results of activity tests indicated that calcination was more effective ,but washing with C2H5OH, H2O2 and NaOH was not effective.4)The samples of fresh, spent and regenerated catalyst were characterized by a number of techniques such as XRD, BET , AASand so on. Results suggested that the deactivation of mN/lL-T catalyst may due to the catalyst covered with organic compound. Additionally, small amout of N had leached out from framework of catalyst.
