The Synthesis Of Naphthalene Sulfonic Acid Formaldehyde Condensates And Their Modification Of Ammonium Nitrate

Napthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde condensate is a separant with excellent performance.This paper discusses synthesis of medium and high polymerization degree napthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde condensate.Especially in the process of sulfonation and condensation systematic researches are carried out and the traditional "concentrated sulphuric acid"sulfonation is improved .The factors influencing productivity and polymerization degree are investigated.High polymerization degree naphthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde condesate is prepared by the methods of SO3/C1CH2CH2C1 and elevating the acidity.In the improving process of expanded ammonium nitrate , by adding the medium or high polymerization degree napthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde condensate ,ammonium nitrate absorbs more oil, explosivity is relatively elevated.
