In the couse of plastic mould producing, CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) technology as a kind of effective simulation tool is already gotten recognition of industry and extensive application . CAE highly improves design efficiency and manufacture competence. With the computer and network technology developing , CAE analysis report became one of essential conditions to accept business from international known company. At the same time, plastic mold design cycle is shorten day by day because of the competing pressure. So the standard, quality CAE analyse technological report and simulation efficiency (calculate time )of CAE software become the development trend in study of plastic molding and processing simulation. It is also one of the focuses studied. This thesis finished the module of CAE analysis report which is on the basis of Z-MOLD developed by Advanced Polymer Processing Technology of National Engineering Researing Center. In addition ,using network communication studied the efficiency and feasibility of parallel computation in the couse of numerical simulation analyse, and used that in the field of solving temperature.l)The study of CAE Report moduleCAE could play better when CAE analysis result and customer carry on abundant cooperation and intercommunion . On the basis of analysis result offered by the analysis mould(Flow> Flow/ez^ Packing^ Cooling)of software Z-MOLD3.1, this thesis classified them by the text, picture ,and finished the design and practise of form, content, program of CAE analysis report. This report consults the REPORT mould of international well-known injection molding software ?MOLDFLOW MPI4.1. This module has function of Report of the software MOLDFLOW. Its form accords with request of every company, and is showed with web browser. So,it is very convenient to completing the user's requirement of report. At present, this module is loaded to the source program of Z-MOLD , and runs steadily in the systems .This mould can deal with the picture and text data in the analysis result .At last, according to the choice of customer, it can creat a text report which is easy to scan , keep, analyse and compare.2) The study of parallel computationWith the CAE simulation technology developing , analyse model is more and more complex. But the request time for calculating is shorter and shorter, memory is larger and larger. Molding simulation analyse is generally finished within 2~5 hours. Otherwise, it is difficult for users to accept and the software will have no market. In order to improve computational efficiency, it is a development trend to use parallel computation in CAE. The virtual parallel machine is setted up through existing LAN and network communication technology. That consists of 2 nodal machines. The communication between these node machines is transmited by (Message Passing Interface) MPI . After setting up the hardware and software environment that parallel computation relied on, author studies and discusses the feasibility of parallel computation and tries to use parallel computation in the simulation calculate of temperature field . The result indicates that the parallel computation is accurately, feasibly and effective. In addition, it's cost is acceptable.
