Mould industry has a very high industrial importance, the level of mould production levels, has become the measure of a country’s manufacturing an important indicator of the level. With the increasingly fierce market competition, rapid pace of product updates, customer delivery punctuality increasingly valued. Also, the mould heat treatment is a very important process which is easy to be the bottleneck of the whole mould manufacturing, and it is high energy-consumption and high pollution process. So, how to improve the rate of delivery on time and the energy utilization through effectively control the heat treatment production is the urgent problem which the need to be address. Beside, comparing the equipment renewal and technological transformation, that would be the most realistic way to reduce the manufacturing cycle and energy consumption via improving the product control ability and providing scientific decision support.In this paper, a large domestic mould manufacturing enterprise as the background, a class of dynamic parallel machine batch transfer issue that weighted tardiness and energy consumption for the optimization objectives. Consider the incompatibility and dynamic reachability of the tasks and the unidentical of heat treatment machine. To solve this problem, this research do a lot work at scheduling mechanism, optimization model, solving algorithm and so on. First, use of LAB strategy (Look-ahead batch)which is current popular in batch scheduling field to build mould heat treatment unit based event-driven scheduling mechanism, and put forward two level active pulling mechanism for the upstream process with embeddability to improve myopia of the global scheduling. Second, for event-driven scheduling mechanism, to build heuristic algorithm to solve the batch decision problem of mould heat treatment EFP-MU-LAB), and based on the pulling mechanism build the two levels pulling mechanism based on the punctuality and energy consumption. Which are the directly event-driven pulling mechanism (TE-ETP) and periodic fixed time pulling mechanism (TE-FTP). Then verify the effectiveness and environmental adaptability of the algorithm and pulling rule through a large number of simulation experiments. Finally, based on the actual heat treatment shop of the enterprise business processes, combined with results of this study, the development of a suitable mould heat treatment workshop production management system that provides decision support for the heat treatment shop managers, and improve its scheduling efficiency and speed.Through the above theoretical research and practical application, this paper to solve the mould heat-treatment shop schedule problem of complex incomplete global information, the research results and the conclusions can provide theoretical support and decision-making support necessary for mould manufacturing enterprise in scientific development.
