At present the solar water- heater industry of our country enters high speed development period, increases with 20% ?30% speed annually, the annual output has already reached 10 millions m2 ,and the annual production value has reached 1. 1 billion Yuans by 2002,shares the first of the world . The solar water-heater has become most mature and economic product in solar heat utilization field, and The solar water- heater industry becomes one of newly arisen industries that develop rapidly and steadily.The flat-plate solar collectors array's liquid displays very unevenly.Col lector's Liquid may differ several times, more than ten times, even few decuple in one Flat-plate solar collectors array, therefore, this make hot efficiency become low and the energy loses big in solar hot system . In this paper, it will be discussing that how liquid distribute evenly in the flat-plate solar collectors array. This paper look for a way to solve flow distribute unevenly in the Flat-plate solar collectors array from the theories model, experiment model, engineering .According to fluid mechanics knowledge , a new "Flowmathematics discrete model" is established . It simplifies computing process and provides the theories that flow distributes unevenly. Moreover , through computer's number imitates, the regulation of liquid distribution is confirmed. a" flow equal distribution model" is furtherestablished .Through computer's simulation , Research and analysis resistance characteristic that the flow equal distribution model needs. research inherent property influence on liquid distribution of solar collectors array, it lays the theory foundation for solving solar collectors array's liquid distributions unevenly. At last from analyzing the application project theoretically, inquiry into the application on the engineering.By establishing a flow equal distribution practice model , andmeasure the necessary fluid resistance parameter , Got riser tubes resistance coefficient k3 and manifold resistancecoefficient k :k3=443.535Re-0.1839 k=460.9486Re-0.3315According to fluid resistance coefficient, calculate liquid distribution of nature state in the solar collectors array, the accuracy of the mathematics discrete model Flow mathematics discrete model is verified. According to flow equal distribution model , a practical model is established, calculate liquid distribution of flow equal distribution model, then the accuracy of the flow equal distribution model verified.The paper change resistance parameter of the flat-plate solar collectors array according to the method of the text put forward , it can make liquid flux incline to even in different flat-plate solar collectors . Their mutual flux difference is under 3%, the accuracy and feasibility of flow equal distribution model is Further confirmed.
