Preparation Of Chitosan And Applied Research

The paper first briefly introduces the preparation of chitooligosaccharide, including chemical, physical field, synthesis, enzyme methods; and reviews its functions and application in food, medicine, cosmetic and agriculture field. And then it discussed the method of preparing chitooligosaccharides .It was studied that hydrogen peroxide affected the oxygenation degradation reaction of chitosan on different conditions. The various factors of hydrogen peroxide density, dosage and reaction temperature etc which affected oxygenation degradation reaction were discussed. The structure of the chitooligosaccharides of hydrolytic chitosan was determined by analysis of IR spectroscopy, and the polymerization degree was measured by HLCP. This paper also investigated the chitooligosaecharides' moisture absorbability and moisture retentivity. The absorption conditions and absorption behavior of Fe(II) on chitooligosaccharides were investigated. The coordination polymer of Fe(II) with chitooligosaccharides was synthesized. UV spectra results showed that the chitooligosaccharides with Fe(II) formed a coordination polymer, which absorbed partical Fe( II) too.
